All in-store pickups are available Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Special Orders & Layaways

A 30% deposit is required on all special orders and layaways.

Cancelled or returned special orders, including items that do not fit in the customer’s home, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit only.

Returns – In-Stock Items

In-stock items may be returned within 3 days of delivery or pickup.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only and are subject to deduction of any delivery or removal fees. 

Additional Information

Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery or pickup and notify us promptly of any concerns. Manufacturer warranty service is handled according to each manufacturer’s policies and procedures.
